KooKoo is an independent monthly gay/mixed club night. A collective of promoters, club performers, fashion students, actors and DJ's presents it.

It's ethos and aims are to provide a platform for a variety of events and projects that will enable various promoters, students, performers, musicians and promoters to collaborate and present live cabaret, art installations, screenings, live video projections and music.

It's core objective and long term plan is to provide a real and lasting space that will present and produce avant-garde performance, performance art, fashion shows, promotion of new DJ's and unsigned vocalists.

It's main aspiration and goal is to encompass all the above disciplines and move away from the traditional club night of DJ led promotion and encourage a whole range of artistic possibilities.

KooKoo is a unique event fusing the worlds of club performance, fashion, music, and storytelling with a distinct l/g/b/t perspective at its core.

Club Type: Gay/Mixed - House, garage, disco etc

Atmosphere:     

Typical Clientele: Mixed but predominately gay clubbers. Not for those who are easily offended says the flyers!
